Nutrition & Meal Times

Nutrition and mealtimes can also be overwhelming, intimidating and frustrating. There is no one right way to feed your child. It is important to figure out what works for you and your child and go with that. Some parents may make homemade purees, others may buy store bought, and even other may just feed their infants a simplified version of what they are eating. One is not more valuable than another. I have included baby led weaning resources because it takes a little bit more education and supervision than feeding an infant pureed food.
